 Yum Woon Sen is a delicious salad with glass noodles (also known as cellophane noodles or mung bean noodles), minced chicken or pork, and seafood, usually prawns and shrimps.

Mung bean noodles are prepared until they become transparent, the meat and seafood are prepared separately. The salad is dressed with the mix of fish sauce and lime juice.
